Fast dispatch - handmade, printed, and shipped with care.

At MakerToy, every item is 3D-printed in-house, and most products are ready to ship quickly.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • Larger or customised school orders may take slightly longer - if so, we’ll contact you.

Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail or Evri for reliable UK delivery.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

  • Tracked Delivery options available at checkout

Shipping Costs

Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and size.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Returns & Refunds

Because our items are made to order, we aren’t able to accept change-of-mind returns but we always meet UK consumer standards and resolve any genuine issues promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour preference

  • Incorrect choice

  • Accidental orders

This aligns with UK consumer laws on custom-made items.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Or a suitable alternative

A quick photo helps us resolve things faster.

Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout or a parcel is returned due to missed delivery, re-shipping costs may apply.

All products include a 30-day structural guarantee.
If anything breaks under normal use within this period, we’ll replace it free of charge.
